So this cold I’ve had has kicked my butt. A lot. It’s been a week and I’m still struggling with effects of this thing and not totally back to 100%. BUT – it’s better than it could have been. Thanks to a new friend who gave me a holistic recipe to try. I felt like dog poop before I tried it and after I tried it, well, I started to feel human again.
Since it’s cold season and apparently this crappy thing is going around, let me get you the recipe straightaway.
Get a shot glass
Fill it 1/2 full with Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar (if you can’t find it at your local grocery, you can find it here)
Fill the other 1/2 with fresh lemon juice
Add a pinch on cayenne & two drops of raw honey.
Mix it up, and shoot it!
Repeat both morning and evening.
Be sure you use Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar. It’s unfiltered and because of that, it has magical-like properties. The unfiltered stuff holds the good stuff that helps make you better. The lemon juice provides a vitamin boost, the honey coats your throat (and is also an anti-inflammatory agent) and the cayenne helps speed things up.
